Liz Arnott

I am a Licensed Accountant regulated by the Association of Accounting Technicians and have been a member since 2006. I am now a Fellow Member due to my long association with the professional body. 

I have been awarded the Advanced Diploma in Business and Accounting with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). I completed a degree course through their partnership with Oxford Brooks University and in 2019 obtained a Batchelors Degree in Applied Accounting with First Class Honours. 

I have been working in administration and accountancy roles both in practice and industry since 1996. I have worked with sole traders, partnerships, limited companies and accountancy practices and clients have included service companies, solicitors, engineering firms and manufacturers. 

I have experience in using various accounting software and spreadsheet packages to accurately record financial transactions and process payroll. I have excellent secretarial and organisation skills and a confident telephone manner. 

I have created and taught IT classes in use of the internet, emails, word processing and spreadsheets on a one to one and classroom basis. Please don't feel shy if your knowledge is basic and you would like to learn more.
